Hours of Operation & Other Helpful Information
Our therapists are available for appointments during our operation hours: 7 days a week: 8am to 10:00pm (PST), whereas our phone reservation hours are: Sat - Thurs from 1pm to 8:00pm, Fri: Closed. (*Some limitations may apply during major US national holidays). If you would like a session anytime between 9am - 1pm, please call us before 8:00pm at least a day prior during our phone reservation hours. massage
Either same-day or over 24 hours advance reservations are always welcome. Generally, the more advanced notice you give us, the smoother your reservation process will run--variables being traffic, therapists' availabilities and more. To ensure your session with one of our AromatiqueMassage therapists is on time, we recommend you book your session in advance. massage
Multiple therapists for two or more clients at a time are available. Their fees are scaled depending on the number of therapists requested, duration of a session and driving charges for individual therapists. massage
We do not take private or blocked calls. Please unblock your number by pressing *82 before you call. Also, we do not take calls from public phones or the internet.
We recommend you to take a shower before the session. If the client has not done so before the session, we require the client to take one before their session begins; however, we will need to maintain the schedule and start time for his/her paid session when the client takes a shower. However, we do not charge you for any other time such as preparation or cleaning up after the session by the therapist. Please allow her to have the extra time to do so. Otherwise, we will only start timing when an actual session starts. massage
